Severna Park United Methodist Church Nursery School (SPUMCNS), provides an enriching educational program for children 3 and 4 years old. We offer half day programs for 3-year-olds and both half day and extended day sessions for 4-year-old students. Our curriculum, approved by the Maryland State Department of Education, provides wide and varied experiences in literature, math, science, social studies, art, music, and faith, and promotes personal, physical, cognitive, and social development. Our teachers all have bachelor’s degrees and our staff is CPR/First Aid certified.

Do you have questions about our 2017-2018 school year? Here’s a link to our brochure, which provides details regarding tuition and fees and outlines the documentation required for registration. Please note that every child is required to be toilet trained and be fully immunized to enroll in our school, and children must have turned three or four by September 1st of the school year for which they’re enrolling.

Occasional “Lunch Bunch” sessions will be scheduled through the year, offering early drop-off for PM half day students and late pick-up for AM half day students. The Nursery School does not provide transportation but encourages parents to form car pools if desired.
