Continuing the Know Your Neighbor, Love Your Neighbor series, this session with Physician Assistant Erin Adams and Amy Clause of Brookes Publishing opens up an honest and compassionate conversation about mental health. Drawing on her medical background and personal experience walking alongside patients, Erin will shed light on the challenges faced by those living with anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Together, we’ll explore how to break down stigma, recognize signs of struggle, and offer meaningful support to friends, family, and neighbors. This presentation calls us to respond with empathy and care, creating a community where no one has to face mental health challenges alone.
