Men
The United Methodist Men (UMM) support the individual and collective spiritual growth of SPUMC members by exploring spiritual issues facing men and uplifting the pastoral staff through prayer and service. UMM strive to better integrate individuals into the life of SPUMC, including outreach to new or Sunday-morning-only members and to help adults lead SPUMC young people into authentic Christian adulthood.

All men of the church, join us September through May in Fellowship Hall on the 2nd Saturday of each month for breakfast and a presentation from 7:30-8:30am. Our goal is fellowship and encouragement for participation and leadership in all ministries of SPUMC. This is highlighted by our Father’s Day “SPUMC Man of the Year” award.
Annually, we raise monies for SPUMC through the October Pumpkin Patch Fundraiser. Pumpkins are purchased through the Navajo Indians in New Mexico. This fundraiser provides a great way to meet and invite the community to SPUMC.
